KeyMacro creates a XML data source for a SQL Server database. It is one of a suite of tools included in the JetMacro product family, which contains an XML data source generator for Microsoft SQL Server as well as a source for MySQL. KeyMacro is delivered as part of the NetDataContracts for SQL Server XML Data Provider product from the DataAccess Labs.
KeyMacro allows you to generate a native XML data source from a SQL Server database. Its process can be accessed using a TCP/IP socket to either create or update an XML file. You can use KeyMacro to get information about your SQL Server databases, generate queries or manipulate the database. It is possible to export the XML data source to an XML file or to send it to a HTTP service.
